Worldwide Tracked Shipping on every order. At AMEWIX, our mission is to deliver innovative products to customers worldwide through reliable, tracked shipping.
1. OVERVIEW
AMEWIX ships products globally with tracked shipping on every order.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Processing generally takes 1-6 business days.
You will receive email confirmation with tracking information once your item ships.
Processing time may be longer during:
- High-volume periods (Black Friday, Christmas, sales events)
- New product launches
- Holiday seasons
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- United States: 7-15 business days (Tracked)
- Europe (UK, Germany, France): 7-15 business days (Tracked)
- Canada: 10-18 business days (Tracked)
- Australia / New Zealand: 10-20 business days (Tracked)
- Asia: 10-20 business days (Tracked)
- All Other Countries: 15-30 business days (Tracked)
IMPORTANT: Delivery timelines are ESTIMATES only. AMEWIX does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
4. SHIPPING RATES
- Free standard tracked shipping on orders over $50 USD
- Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $50
- Express shipping available at additional cost
5. MULTIPLE & PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You may receive multiple packages for a single order.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local handling charges.
These fees are the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
AMEWIX is NOT responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Additional charges imposed by destination countries
- Packages held, refused, or destroyed by customs
7. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
AMEWIX is NOT liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Customs inspections or holds
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx)
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Global disruptions (pandemics, conflicts)
- Peak holiday seasons
- Incorrect addresses
No refunds will be issued for delays caused by the factors listed above.
8. ITEM DELIVERY GUARANTEE
If an item is not delivered within 60 days from shipment, you may choose:
- A full refund, OR
- A free reshipment

9. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are FULLY responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim package, the customer will be responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- A 30% restocking fee
- Reshipping fees if redelivery is requested
NO REFUNDS for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
10. ORDER TRACKING
- Tracking numbers sent via email within 5-7 business days
- Allow 2-5 business days for tracking to appear in carrier system
11. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your order:
1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Contact your local post office or carrier
3. File a claim with the carrier (mandatory)
4. Send us the carrier claim number
AMEWIX is NOT responsible for:
- Packages stolen after confirmed delivery
- Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier
- Packages lost due to incorrect addresses
Claims must be filed within 7 days of "Delivered" status.
12. DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of product AND packaging
- Keep all original packaging
- Do not use or attempt to repair the item
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible.
13. PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some products may require additional production time. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
14. SHIPPING TO RESTRICTED AREAS
AMEWIX reserves the right to refuse shipping to certain countries due to trade restrictions, carrier limitations, or fraud risk.
15. POLICY CHANGES
AMEWIX reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: 7-30 business days depending on location. Processing adds 1-6 business days.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Tracking number emailed when item ships.
Q: What if my order is delayed?

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Customers responsible for customs/taxes.
Q: Wrong address?
A: Customer responsible for reshipping fees. No refunds.
