RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At AMEWIX, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work.
1. OVERVIEW
To start a return, email Support@amewix.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be initiated within 14 days after delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted unless required by local law.
3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and tags
- Free from wear, modification, or damage
For items valued over $100, inspection upon delivery and immediate reporting of damage is required.
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Claims MUST include:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the original packaging
- Submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
5. RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact Support@amewix.com to request a return
2. We'll review within 1-3 business days
3. If approved, we'll provide a return address
4. Ship your item within 15 days at your own expense
5. Refund processed within 1-2 weeks after we confirm receipt
6. REFUND OPTIONS
- Original Payment Method: 3-5 business days
- Store Credit: within 48 hours
- Replacement Items: once your return is verified
7. SHIPPING & FEES
For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A 30% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Health, hygiene, and personal care products
- Items that have been used, opened, or assembled
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse
9. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for customs documentation
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Duties, taxes are non-refundable
- Returns refused at customs cannot be refunded
10. DISPUTED DELIVERIES
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your order:
1. File a claim with the carrier first
2. Provide us with the carrier claim number
Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery status update.
11. DISPUTE & CHARGEBACK POLICY
Opening payment disputes while items are in transit violates our Terms of Service.
Customers agree to contact AMEWIX before initiating any chargeback.
Fraudulent or premature chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent ban from AMEWIX
- Liability for the disputed amount
- A $25 administrative fee
- Collection costs and legal fees
- Reporting to fraud prevention databases
12. ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement
- Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
- Refused delivery: original shipping fee and 30% restocking fee deducted
13. WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide an incorrect shipping address:
- AMEWIX is not responsible for non-delivery
- Reshipment requires additional fees
- No refunds for orders shipped to addresses provided by the customer
14. POLICY CHANGES
AMEWIX reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
