These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Omani-X (the "Service"), an AI product-photography service operated by AMEWIX LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Omani-X uses artificial intelligence to transform product photographs you upload into studio-style images. You receive a defined number of generated images per purchase (the "pack"). Generated results are produced by automated models and may vary in quality. We do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome.
2. Your content and rights
You must own or have the right to use any image you upload. You confirm that your uploads do not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and do not contain unlawful, infringing, or prohibited content. You retain ownership of your original images. You receive a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the generated images for your commercial and personal purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to process images of other people without consent, to create misleading or deceptive content, to infringe trademarks or copyrights, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout via our payment provider. Each purchase grants a single pack of generated images. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMEWIX LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
