Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Omani-X product photos. This policy explains when refunds are available.

1. Money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the generated images in your pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@amewix.com with your order email. We typically review and respond within 2 business days.

2. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

3. Limitations

Because each pack consumes AI processing resources at the moment of generation, we may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, requesting a refund after downloading and using the full pack across multiple orders). Free previews are not eligible for refunds as no payment is taken.
